When we receive the application from a potential tenant we will run a credit check, verify employment and verify previous rental history. Then we send the compiled information to the owner to make the final decision.
*Note: We do not send personal information, such as credit scores, social securtiy numbers, etc.

The Security Deposit is determined by the price of rent on the home you are wanting to lease.

Per our Residential Agreement, under no circumstances are large and possibly dangerous pets permitted on the premises, this may include but is not limited to Dobermans, Chows, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepard's,ect. We do accepts small dogs and cats with a pet deposit per pet.

We do allow 6 month leases in certain circumstances. They have to be approved by the owner and a 6th month Addendum to the Residential Agreement must be signed. Less than 6 months is not permitted.

No, we accept first full months rent up front and your second month will be your pro-rated amount.

In any emergency (fire, flood, damage, theft) please contact the local authorities (911), if appropriate. The agent must be notified within (8) hours of the occurence. It is recommended that residents carry renters insurance to cover thier posessions.

There is a maintenance request form on this site. Click on the maintenance request tab on the top left side of your page and fill out the form. It will be sent to our property manager and he will get with you as soon as possible.

We take checks, cashiers checks, or money orders. Please make all checks, money orders, cashiers checks out to McBride & Wilson Properties.
