I live in Richmond, California and for many years owned and managed a multi-unit building in Berkley, California until I sold it. Since then I have many times wanted to reinvest in rental property but the rents in California have not supported the high prices.
A little over two years ago, Ben Wilson presented me with an opportunity to buy a new home in a gated community in Edmond, Oklahoma. Two days before I closed the transaction Ben informed me that we had a tenant ready to sign a 2 year lease at rent that showed me positve cash flow! Last week he e-mailed me while I was in London and told me that this lease is being extended for a third year!
The identical house next door sold recently for over $10,000 more that I paid for mine.
Subsequently I bought another house in Edmond and the lease on this has recently been extended for a second year.
I cannot tell you enough about my worry free investment experience. I travel frequently throughout Europe and Asia and I am just leaving London for walking holiday in the Spanish Mountains. Even when I am abroad I receive updates about my properties by e-mail.
